What type of Leaf Protector Solid metal Gutter cover or diamond screen would be best for I live in Minnesota.
Also I will have to shingle my house I would like the shingles to last at least 20 years I have put two complete remove winterguard 6ft up, (Certainteed Brand) curling up both times with 25 year shingles and they only lasted 6 years the 1st time and now they lasted about 10 years . What brand and style have you had the best luck

Some would depend on how much $ you want to spend. It is too soon to say how our will do but we put on metal shingles. They look like regular ones from any distance. They are $$$ though. They are suppose to last a lot longer than I will probably live here. They have high MPH wind resistance also. They used screws to put them on. We had gutters put on also with screen covers also. The screen is perferated metal and covers the whole gutter. Here too it is too some to know how well they will work. We had the work done late last fall and are happy so far. Insurance from hail damage help pay for some of the work.
