Your a man after my own heart, my mom was an artist and as a kid would ask me to think up other things something would be good for, you know like an old door turned into a workbench or your idea for a wine rack from things made for another purpose, great to have you aboard, I'll really be following you guys around your all artists too, that is so awesome.Love the idea immensely, had to laugh when someone asked what to do with the WD-40 straws, but seriously there has to be really good uses for it,( they really are making straw holders) for when it gets loose from the can. I laughed and thought it was a joke but now I see it is a good idea, straps to the can so your straw doesn't get lost.Ideas like these made people billionaires. Great work.

If anyone has seen the show the VICTORY GARDEN they use the clay square versions as planters for tubors, like rubarb and ruddabegger,( hope I spelled that right) this way the roots were easier to dig up, they just dug out the clay square length, what was a laugh on the show was it grew so big they couldn't get it out of the pipe,Hahaha.

Thanks Gerry I'll try and keep it together in one direct thought and take my time to make what I want to convey in only one post, I appreciate you pointing it out to me I'll do better Thanks,P.S. the wife is trying to E-mail fountain pictures but she's going through a lot of pictures and she gets side-tracked alot, she starts looking at all the other photos and forgets why she's looking, I smacked my forehead in disbelief, but I guess that's just tyipical.

I would cut them in different lengths and use them as decorative planters for succulents. they would make a great display for hens and chicks or other small cactus!

Just one other note on this thread:  Since the 1940's, we used the cinder block tiles also as field drain lines for septic tanks here in the south.  We would butt them together, put a piece of felt paper or tin over the joints, cover it with dirt and when they clogged up, we simply put down another line.  If you have septic tank, these may be left over from the project.

The wine bottle usage was on DIY channel just a week or two ago.  You may check out www.DIY.com

I have some of these. I cut them in half with an old skill saw and a concrete blade. Wear a mask because the dust is terrible. I use them to line a flower garden and to route water when it gets high along the edge of the drive way. I bet a tile saw would do it a lot better but didn't have one of those.

Correction to my earlier post.  That hyperlink should have been www.diynetwork.com vice what was posted.  My apologies.

I was watching Doctor Oz with my wife and he said wine is good for very high triglycirides,it helps stop the clogging of the artiries, so in other words, you mean I can drink wine and it will be like a medicine, sign me up for some of those pipes guys, I'll need a big wine cellar now.

If you want the economical route, you can just buy the grapes which is what has the real active ingredients.  Just a thought.
